Refund policy
We want you to love your SatineWear dress. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle it:
Damaged or Wrong Item: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Not satisfied with your order: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@satinewear.com and we'll make it right. We handle these case by case.
Size issues: Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We strongly recommend measuring yourself before purchase. For size-related issues, contact us and we'll find a solution.
How to contact us: Email support@satinewear.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We respond within 24–48 hours.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return consideration.
